One of the 💁 #Traditional_Fasting_Day Recipe. It can be prepared as a lunch.This is my Grandmother’s Recipe…👇😋👌 No ONION No GARLIC

Ingredients

Half /medium size pumpkin
6 to 8 Green chillies 💁 adjust as per ur spicy
1/2 cup grated coconut 🥥
Small lemon size Tamarind
salt to taste

💁👇👇For seasoning

3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2tbsp mustard seeds
1whole broken dry red chillies
1/4 tbsp tbsp Methi
7 -8 curry leaves

💁👇👇Method

Peel & Cut the pumpkin into small cubes add 2 cup of water 💧 add green chillies🌶️ & Tamarind & cook till pumpkin soft Keep aside pumpkin to cool.

Grind fresh grated coconut and 💁 along with cooked tamarind pumpkin, green chilli & together to become a fine smooth paste .

In another pan, heat oil add mustard seeds Splutter.Then add 1/4 tsp methi , broken dry red chillies , and fry for mins and then add curry leaves fry nicely seasoning is ready.

Now add the Grind coconut 🥥 along with pumpkin paste🎃 to a pan add , salt ,add 1 cup of water adjust thickness Don’t add water to much 👉Tambali / Gojju should be semi thick and cook pumpkin gets nice one boli Mix well. Cook in a low flame. Don’t cook for a👉 long time. Turn off the flame.


Pumpkin Gojju… Ready to Serve With Hot Hot Rice or Chapathi / Dosa
