4 cup / Pav Sona masoori rice or Raw rice 👉don’t use Dosa rice 👈👈
1/2 fresh grated 🥥coconut.
Salt to taste
💁👇👇Method
Wash and soak rice for 6 to 8 or overnight .. Grind it to smooth paste by adding water..& coconut Salt..the consistency of the batter is little thin then the dosa batter..
Transfer this batter in a heavy bottomed kadai and keep on stirring till it becomes a big lump this lump make in to small balls.Steam these balls in idli steamer for 20 mins. Check by inserting a knife…./ spoon if it comes clean then it is done
👉 Immediately start making Shevai. 💁don’t allow it to cool👈Dip u r hand in water take one ball and make Shevai in the Shevai maker. 👍repeat for other balls as well same . Ready to Serve With Sweet Coconut Milk…or ur choice of any veg, Non-veg Curry. 😋🤗
