Evening Healthy Tea Time Snack Spicy Sweet Corn Chat / Corn Bhel

Ingredients👇

2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup finelly chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh grated carrot
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp chat masala Power
Salt 🧂 to taste
Half – 1 tbsp 🍋 lemon juice
✊Handfull chopped corinder leaves🌿
Salt to taste
5 to 6 tbsp Kara Boondis
plenty of sev

Ingredients For Sweet Chutney

50 gms dates khajur seeds removed and soaked for 1 hour
Lemon size tamarind soaked in hot water
2 to 4 tsp jaggery
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp zeera power
1/2 tbsp Chat masala
salt to taste

Corn 🌽 Chat is a spicy, tangy, & savory ..snack made using tender sweet Corn.

Method
For Making Sweet Chutney

Add all the ingredients and ground till paste. Add little quantity of water 💧 boil it nicely for few mins ..Add more jaggery if required.This chutney should not be very thick. It should be kept medium as you can add water..switch Off the flame.

Masala Corn 💁

Take pan add 2 to 3 cup required water 💧now add corn kernels🌽 when corn boiles switch Off the flame.. then drain it.

In a mixing bowl, take finely chopped onion, tomato, Carrot sweet & spicy chutney, red chilli powder, chat masala power mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves , 🍋 Lemon juice & cooked sweet corn kernels . Mix again nicely . Now serve corn masala chaat on serving plate. on top sprinkle Kara Boondis & plenty of sev . Ready to serve… 🤗😋
