
Ingredients
1cup Dosa rice , soaked for 11/2 hour
2 to 3 tbsp tur dal
2 to 3 tbsp chana dal
1/2 cup cabbage , finely chopped
1/2 cup Onion , finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh coconut , grated
10 to 12 Dry red chilli
1 small peanut sized hing
Salt , to taste
Cooking oil , for greasing the skillet
Method
Cabbage Dosa/idli
To begin making Cabbage Sanna Polo soak the rice for an hour. Then grind it along with grated coconut, red chillies, tur dal, chana dal, and hing to paste coarsely adding very little water. The consistency of the batter should be a π little thicker than the normal dosa batter.
Transfer batter in a bowl. Add finely chopped cabbage and onions to the batter and with salt mix nicely .

How to make Konkani Style Cabbage Sanna Polo/spicy idli
Heat the skillet on a medium flame and grease it with a little oil.
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in swift circular to make thin mini dosa . Pour a little oil from the sides and let it cook for about 3 minutes on low flame.
Once it is cooked on one side, flip it and cook on the other side for 3 to 5 mins.
Similarly, make more idli with the remaining batter. In a idli mould steamer & Cook for 15 to 20 min.
Serve Hot With Rice. As a side dish Cabbage Sanna Polo/ spicy Dosa & spicy idli. ππ
