


Aloo Stuffed Paratha Serve Along With Any Raita Of Your Choice or Tomato sauce π
Ingredients
For dough π
2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp oil,salt to taste, 1pinch π€ ajwain seeds
1 1/4 cup water, to knead dough
For Aloo Stuffing π
5 to 6 potato boiled & mashed nicely
3 tbsp oil
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 green chilli paste
2 chopped Onions
1/4 tbsp gram masala Power
1/2 tbsp aamchur / dry mango powder
βHand Full of chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Other ingredients π
1/2 cup wheat flour to dusting
Few tbsp of oil fry Aloo Paratha
Method ππ
In a bowl mix together wheat flour salt , ajwain seeds and oil.Add water little at a time and prepare a soft dough just as we make dough for chapati. Grease your hand β with oil and knead it well. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour..
In a pan heat 3tsp oil add rough paste of green chillies garlic ginger.just saute till raw aroma goes add chopped onions.
fry it for few minsβ¦. No need to fry till brown onions ..Add mashes potatoes adust salt sprinkle coriander and mix well.Now add all dry spiced in mixture mix everything well keep asideβ¦ When it’s cool completely Now make even size ball out of aloo stuffeing.take a paratha dough and roll out the ball in a small circle dusting wheat flour.Add some stuffing in the centre and gather all the corners and seal it well and press it lightly.Dust some wheat flour and roll out the sealed dough into a circle as we do for chapati dough. πDonβt apply too much πpressure.π Roll slightly thick.
Heat a tawa, place the paratha on it. Let it cook little bit on one side.Flip it over to the other side and spread some ghee / oil over the paratha which is half cooked.Flip it again, when the second side is half cooked and spread some more oil.Flip it again, do it couple of times to get paratha browned and cooked well.Now topped it with butter and serve hot. Aloo Paratha curd / along with any raita of your choice/Tomato sauce π
