
Cauliflower / Gobi Talasani
Its very simple & tasty with Curd Rice and Dal / Dalitoy.
Simple Gobi sabji
Ingredients
2 cup cauliflower florets small
3 tbsp oil
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli Power
Salt as required
1 pinch ๐ค sugar
Chopped coriander leaves
Method ๐
Gobi Sabzi Dry Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized wash with salt & hot water ๐ง drain out keep aside ..
Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil on medium flame add the chopped onions and saute till they brown. Now add Chopped tomatoes fry nicely.add turmeric powder & red chilli Power & fry for few mins..Now add the Gobi /Cauliflower, salt , 1 pinch sugar mix well. No need to add water tomato juice is enough it’s cooks very fast…cook for 8 – 10mins Cover and cook till the cauliflower is done.Ready to Serve With Dal Riceโฆ.& Chapathi๐๐๐
