Restaurant Style Baby Corn 65 ๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŸServe With Spicy Green Chutney and Tomato Sauce or Crunchy ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅ™Onions ๐Ÿฅ•Carrot Salad

๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‹A quick easy and tasty starter baby corn 65 or Tea time snackโ€ฆโ˜•๐Ÿต

Ingredients
๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡
1/2 kg Baby corn
2 cup water
1/4 tbsp salt to taste

Other ingredients for the batter๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

1/4 cup maida
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tbsp gram masala power
few finally chopped curry leaves
1/4 tbsp Kasuri methi crushed
1/2 cup water
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste

Method

Take a pan add 2 cup of water ๐Ÿ’ง make it boil add ๐Ÿ‘‰ cut one by 2 โ€ฆ..cut middle half 1/2 pieces baby corn cook 3 to 5 minsโ€ฆ.keep aside.

Take a big mixing bowl, add maida & rice flour.. red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,Crushed Kasuri methi few chopped curry leaves, salt to taste & mix it well with cup of water ๐Ÿ’ง thick & silk smooth paste. Now dip boiled baby corn into a batter coating allover.

Heat a oil once it hot deep fry in hot oil till the baby corn turns to golden brown and crisp.finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve baby corn 65 with tomato sauce or crunchy carrot ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅ™onions salad๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ
