Vegetable Pulao With Onion Cucumber Raita๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ

Ingredients
3 tbsp + 2 tbsp ghee
2 cup rice
4 cup water
1/4 cup Beans
1/4 cup Carrot
1 small capsicum
1/4 cup Green Peas
1 medium potatoes
2 sliced onions
1 inch ginger
4 flakes garlic ๐Ÿง„
2 medium tomato
1 inch cinnamon
tej patta
3 green cardamoms
4 cloves
1 stone flower
mace
1 tbsp pav bhaji Masala Power
1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
Salt to taste
1/2 Sugar

๐Ÿ’For Masala paste

hand full coriander
little pudina leaves
1 inch ginger
4 flakes garlic
2 green chillies
1 small onion

Method

Wtever urs choice ๐Ÿ‘‰ like here I used Capsicum, Beans, Carrot, and yellow Peas, potatoes & tomato

Heat 3 tbsp ghee or oil / ghee in the pressure cooker. add the whole spices ๐Ÿ‘‰cinnamon, tej patta, 1/2 tbsp pepper, green cardamoms, cloves, stone flower, and mace. saute for a few seconds till the spices become aromatic. add peel whole garlic ๐Ÿง„ saute nicely & sliced onions. stir and saute the onions on a low flame. saute till the onions become golden.

Then grind little hand โœŠ full coriander Leaves add little pudina leaves add 1 inch ginger 3 flacks garlic +green chillies & 1 small onion โ€ฆGrind it Fine paste add masala stir and saute till the raw aroma of the ginger and garlic goes away. about 5 to 10 seconds. Add 1tbsp pav bhaji Masala Add the all the veggies and ๐Ÿ’ if u like u can add this stageโ€ฆ soya chunks here I m not used ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

๐Ÿ‘‰Wtever urs choice veggies.saute for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame.. add the drained 2 cup rice. ๐Ÿ‘‰saute gently for 1 to 2 minutes till the oil/ghee has coated the rice grains evenly.๐Ÿ‘ˆpour 4 cups of ๐Ÿ’ง water.add salt & 1 pinch sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹ stir the Pulao gently.check the taste of the stock. if it tastes bland, then add some more salt.cover the pressure cooker lid.pressure cook the Pulao for 2 whistles .When the pressure settles down on its own, remove the lid and gently fluff the rice.๐Ÿ‘‰serve the vegetable pulao garnished with coriander leaves. Pulao goes well with Boondi Raita, Plain Raita or Onion-Cucumber Raita. also accompany some onion slices with lemon or a or pickle and papad.๐Ÿ‘ˆ
