Tasty Thaikelo Ambado/Tora Leaves Fritters..Dangara ๐
Soak 1cup dosa rice and 1/4 cup thoridal. Along with water ๐ง soak for 2 hoursโฆ
Wash tora leaves well and chop into a small pieces. Make a tiny pieces and keep aside.
Now Prepare a batter Grind 10 whole dry red chillies with peanut size tamarind, 1 pinch asafoetida, 3 tbsp coconut in to a smooth paste adding as llittle required ๐ง water as possible. Then add the soaked rice & dal mixture.grind in to a
๐ coarse paste.. mix this with finely chopped taikelo leaves add ๐optional 2 finally chopped onions here I used onion ..salt and mix nicely. Using hand โ take a lemon ๐ size batter and give a round vada tap them to a shape. Leave the batter one by one into oil and fry in a medium flame by turning both the sides.When it is crisp and brown remove onto tissue paper and Thaikile Dangara /Ambado Is Ready to Serveโฆ Warm As a Starters.๐
