Method

First Cook 3 roughly chopped onions, 4 to 6 soaked almonds, 10 Pumpkin seeds seeds, 6 Byadgi red chillies & 1 green chillies , 2 roughly chopped Tomatoes 🍅,1/2 inch ginger and 8 garlic ponds in 3 cups water for 8-10 minutes.Simmer till the onions & Tomato 🍅 become soft. strain the stock and keep aside.when cooled, make a paste of the cooked ingredients adding 1 or 2 tsp of the strained water.paste ..

Heat 2 to 3 tbps oil in a pan. 👉Fry all the whole spices like garam masalas are Tej patta, green cardamoms, cloves, stone flower, and mace. saute for a few seconds till the spices become they release their aroma in the oil👈add the ground masala paste and saute till the oil starts to leave the sides of the pan. 👉 Dry Spice Powders like 1/2 tbsp Garam masala , 1/2 tbsp jeera powder , 1tbsp coriander powder 1/4 tbsp red chili powder , 1 tbsp kasuri methi , 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder mix nicely fry dry masala powder 👈Now add the strained stock+water 💧 , salt and 1/2 tbsp sugar…Stir well and simmer for 10mins on a low flame or till the gravy thickens slightly.Stir and add the 👉 1/2 cup green Peas…close & cook for 3 to 4 mins..Now 200 gm paneer Cubes👈 Simmer for 2 to 3 mins till the paneer is absorb the masala flavour & cooked. garnish it with some coriander leaves and Cream 👉option Serve The Green Peas Paneer Masala Gravy goes well with Jeera Rice, Rotis Or Naan….. & Chapati 👌👌
