



Rajma Masala Dhaba Style Rajma Chawal
Ingredients
Rajma Bean
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Butter
1tbdp Kasuri Methi
1 cup finally chopped Tomato
4 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green chili finally chopped
1 cup finally chopped Onion
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1tbsp Cumin powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
1/4.tbsp Amchur powder
Salt to taste
Method
Pressure cook for 6 to 8 the rajma till it is soft and keep it aside.Now Heat some butter in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chili, ginger, garlic and onions.. Saute the onions till they are golden brown and add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala Mix well and add the tomato and cook it for about 7 minutes. Add the cooked rajma beans and add some water and amchur powder and cook it for about 10 to 12 minutes
Add a teaspoon of sugar to balance out the flavors and finally add kasuri methi
Rajma Masala Is Ready To be Served HotHot Puri with Hot Rice , Some Jeera Rice or Ghee Rice….
