


It’s very simple ingredients & easy to shape allso taste is yummy & soft ๐
Sweet Motichoor Ladoo / Boondi Ladoo
Ingredients for Boondi
1 & 1/2 cup besan
2 picnh ๐ค Orange food colour
๐ฆ2 1/4 cup water
Other ingredients ๐๐
Ghee / oil for frying
Few tbsp watermelon / Magaz seeds
Few chopped cashew nuts
For Sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
Here u can skip food colour
I m used just 1 pinch ๐ค
1 cup water
1 pinch ๐คcardamom powder
Few drops rose ๐นwater
1/4 tsp lemon ๐ juice..
Method ๐๐
You Would get around medium size 13 to 15 Laddoo from this .. measurement
Take a bowl add Sieve besan
Now add food colour & water don’t add to much water add little by little first thick batter without lumps. Then add water batter should be very ๐คthin flowing consistency without any lumps. Give rest for 10 mins keep aside.
Take a pan add sugar ,water & food colour give nice mix after 10mins boil โฆadd few๐ง drops of rose water & ๐ 1/4 tsp lemon juice after this just one boil suger syrup is ready.
Heat oil in a kadai on medium heat hold๐ค the Jhara 3 to 4 inches above the oil .pour the batter in a jhara tap the better quickly to drop all the batter in hot oil in the kadai. ๐โโ๏ธBoondis cook in oil for few seconds only colour should not change ๐ Remove ๐ fried Boondi with the help of large & small sieve take out .Repeat the same left the batter over.
Hot Sugar syrup again , here I m take out ๐1 Ladleful of sugar syrup in a bowlโฆ if required you can add & adjust soโฆ Now remaining sugar syrup add prepared boondi mix well and make sure to coat all the boondi with sugar syrup.Continue to cook for 2 to 3mins on low flame or until sugar syrup thickens. ๐You don’t want to dry the boondi. Don’t over cook it else the boondi will dry out & won’t be very soft from ๐โโ๏ธinside .
Once the mixture has cool down after 10 mins, sugar syrup is absorbed completely add chopped cashew nuts optional and 2 tbsp watermelon seeds mix well. you can see the the mixture is dried and all the sugar syrup has absorbed.๐โโ๏ธ If feel dry required u can add few tbsp of sugar syrup.. before we take them out in a bowl .prepare the ladoo take a small portion of boondi mixture. roll between ur palmsโto make .Finally Enjoy Motichoor Laddo is Ready To Served .You can Refrigerate for 1 week ..
