Ambhya Upkeri / Mango Sweet Curry

Konkani Delicacy πŸ˜‹πŸ’ž Gointo Ambo

Ingredients

6 to 8 Ambo / Ripe mangoes
4 Green chillies slit
1 whole Dry red chillies
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1/2 tbsp Urad dal
Jaggery ( as per your taste)
Oil
Salt
2 tbsp Maida

Method…

First Wash the Mangoes thoroughly . Peel the skin Keep aside add water πŸ’§ 2 to 3 time extract the mango juice well. & squeeze it’s pulp.

Take a pan add the extract Mangoes pulp water & add peel mangoes , salt, Jagger & slit green chillies. Give it nice boil till mangoes r cook soft. Now take a bowl add 2 tbsp Maida mixed with water add to thicken the gravy.& Give it nice boil.

Then take a small pan add oil ,mustard seeds, little Urad dal, few curry leaves & whole dry red chilli . Add the tempering Ambhya Upkeri. Ready to serve… πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
