Vegetables  Lemon 🍋 Rice Chitranna 

This is a very simple recipe which involves very few ingredients. 🍋 The key to this dish is the veggies & lemon which adds a tangy flavour to the rice. This tang is beautifully balanced by the fragrant seasonings of chillies, curry leaves and a good amount of peanuts nuts.

Method 

💁Here I m used basmati rice Wash 2 cup rice and cook it .The cooked rice grains should be separate,not mushy.Once cooked, spread the cooked rice on a  plate to cool completely .

Take a veggies wtever ur likes u can add carrot,  beans & Capsicum chopped them small pieces  it & keep aside.

Heat oil in a  pan When oil is hot, add mustard seeds,urad dal, channa dal and ground nuts. When mustard seeds splutter nicely, add green chillies, curry leaves & chopped onions Saute. Now add turmeric and salt.Add chopped vegetables & sauté it for few secs veggies gets cooked very fast..add coriander switch off the flame . Now add 1 1/2 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice  Mix everything Add cooked cooled rice Mix them  gently. Make sure no rice lumps are formed. Tangy yumm  vegetables  Lemon Rice is ready to serve.
